Aldershot and Roseland have mature homes with painted wood trim and soffits; Alton Village and The Orchard are newer stock where builder-grade interior paint is usually the first thing to go.
Every corner of Burlington is covered, and most of what borders it — call 289-988-1318 if your street is not named above.
Burlington runs from the escarpment down to the lake, and the housing changes the whole way. Aldershot, Roseland and the downtown streets have mature homes with real painted wood — trim, soffits, fascia, porches — often on their fourth or fifth coat, where the honest answer is that some of it needs stripping rather than recoating. Tyandaga and Brant Hills sit up against the escarpment with mature tree cover, which means shade, moisture retention and, on north elevations, mildew that has to be killed and cleaned before a brush touches it.
Alton Village, The Orchard, Millcroft and Headon Forest are the newer half of the city. Structurally sound, finished with builder-grade paint, and usually needing a whole-home interior repaint somewhere between year five and year ten. This is the most common Burlington job we take, and it is the most straightforward: walls, ceilings, trim and doors in one continuous run, priced by the house rather than by the room.
Down by the water the exposure is real. Properties near Lakeshore and the pier take wind and moisture year-round, and exterior wood there has a genuinely shorter recoat cycle than the same wood in Millcroft. If you are on that side of Burlington we will build that into what we tell you about longevity.
Condominium work is a growing share of what we do here, particularly downtown and along the lakeshore. That comes with building rules — elevator booking, working hours, floor protection in common areas — and we handle the coordination with property management rather than leaving it with you.

Aldershot and Roseland have mature homes with painted wood trim and soffits; Alton Village and The Orchard are newer stock where builder-grade interior paint is usually the first thing to go. It matters because preparation decides how long a finish lasts, and what a Burlington house needs depends entirely on which of those it is. We quote from what we see on your Burlington walls, not from a price list.
Typically 1–3 weeks from quote acceptance, depending on the season. North elevations up against the escarpment through Tyandaga and Brant Hills hold moisture, so those walls need a genuinely dry stretch. Call 289-988-1318 for current availability in Burlington.
Yes. We come out to the property, measure the actual scope, talk through finishes and email a written quote — usually within 1 business day. No charge, and no pressure to book afterwards.
Benjamin Moore (Aura, Regal Select, Advance), Sherwin-Williams (Emerald, Duration), PPG, and Farrow & Ball on luxury projects. Mildew-resistant exterior coatings matter on the shaded escarpment-side properties, where tree cover keeps walls damp well into the day. We never use builder-grade or economy paint.
Yes — general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Proof of insurance is available on request, and we re-confirm both for every commercial or condo board project.
Shaded Burlington elevations carry mildew that has to be killed and cleaned off before a brush touches them, or it grows straight back through the new coat. Preparation is around 60% of a quality paint job and we never skip it — filling, sanding, priming and masking all happen before any colour goes on, and we clean up daily.
