New Build Finishing — Richmond Hill

A new-build home in Richmond Hill finished inside and out. The centrepiece is an open-riser staircase rising through a double-height space — black metal spindles against stained wood treads, set off by an exposed brick column and wide-plank oak floors. Trim, doors, and casings were sprayed rather than brushed for an even, factory-smooth finish, and the exterior was detailed to match the dark window and soffit lines.
