Scarborough Retirement Home — 7 Storeys

A large-scale commercial painting project at a 7-storey retirement residence in Scarborough. The scope covered every floor — common corridors, dining rooms, lounges, lobbies, and individual resident rooms — using low-VOC, washable finishes that meet the standards required for senior living environments. Work was carefully phased to minimise disruption to residents, with each floor completed and cleaned before moving on.
